Welcome to Wildflower Waves! To ensure a calm, safe, and restorative experience for all clients, please take a moment to review our policies and location details.

We are located on the 3rd floor of a charming home in Harbord Village, providing an intimate and peaceful space for your sessions. Beautiful French doors and views of lush greenery create a tranquil “treehouse” atmosphere.

Please note: The space is not wheelchair accessible as it is only reachable by stairs.

• All sessions are by appointment only.
• 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect other clients’ schedules.
• Depending on availability, you may still receive your full session time, but this is not guaranteed.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
• Accepted payment methods: (credit card, e-transfer, cash (no tax)].

• Reiki, meditation, and sound therapy are complementary practices and not a substitute for medical care.
• Please inform Melissa of any medical conditions, injuries, or sensitivities before your session.
• If you are unwell, we ask that you reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety and comfort of all clients.

• Wildflower Waves is a safe and welcoming space. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in session termination without refund.
