Reiki is a hands-off gentle, energy healing practice that works to restore balance within the body, mind and nervous system. It supports your natural ability to heal by guiding life force energy to where it’s most needed. Many experience it as deeply calming, like returning to a state of inner stillness.
No belief is required. Reiki meets you exactly where you are. Whether you’re open, curious or simply seeking rest, the body responds to the intention of relaxation and balance in its own way.
You’ll be invited to lie down comfortably in a peaceful space. Through hands placed just above the body, energy is gently guided through the body's energy centres to support release, grounding and restoration. Sessions often feel like deep rest—some drift into sleep, others remain aware in a meditative state.
