About Melissa

Melissa’s path to energy healing began with her own search for peace. After years of navigating depression, anxiety and the debilitating grief of losing her mother, she found herself yearning for a way to soothe her nervous system and reconnect to joy. Reiki became that doorway. What began as a personal practice soon unfolded into a profound transformation, helping her cultivate inner calm, restore balance and welcome abundance back into her life.

Certified as a Reiki Practitioner in 2023 and attuned to Reiki Master in 2024, Melissa has since dedicated herself to guiding others on their own healing journeys. With over 200 combined volunteer and practical hours between Maui and Toronto, and as a facilitator of meditation workshops since 2023, she integrates Reiki with guided meditation, sound bowls, smudging, and breathwork to create unique healing experiences. 

Currently studying Hypnotherapy and Energetic Life Coaching under Crystal Cook, Melissa continues to deepen her practice to serve others with compassion, authenticity and heart.
